Friday, July 6

 11:33 a.m. : Police took a report of fraud or forgery from .

7:22 a.m.: A domestic disturbance on Versailles St. led to an arrest. Mark A. Merrill, 47, of 7A Versailles St., Marlborough, faces charges of assault and battery. 

9:19 a.m.: Police took a report of vandalism to an address on Maplewood Ave. 

10:02 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported near . 

10:16 a.m.: Police took a report of larceny from the Stone Gate Apartments. 

12:17 p.m.: Vandalism was reported to an address on Chestnut St. 

12:22 p.m.: Police investigated a past fire at Cider Hill Condominiums.  

2:01 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity on Grant St. led to two arrests. Victor Gomez-Pu, 25, of 33 Rice St., Marlborough, faces charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, trespassing, disturbing the peace, operating under the influence of liquor and violations of city ordinances. Luis Kante Vicente, 25, of 35 Elm St., Marlborough, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, trespassing and violations of city ordinances. 

4:55 p.m.: Police took a report on an assault from Modern Guest House on Cotting Ave. 

7:48 p.m.: Police took a report of auto theft from the Marlborough Housing Authority.  

Sunday, July 8 

12:59 a.m.: Police recovered a stolen motor vehicle at 7-11 on Broad St. 

1:15 a.m.: A domestic disturbance on Bolton St. led to the arrest of Joseph J. Roy, 35, of 206 Bolton St. Apt. 4, Marlborough, on charges of assault and battery. 

10:50 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from an address on Cameron Dr. 

2:22 p.m.: Police took a missing person report from an address on Framingham Rd. 

4:20 p.m.: Police took a report of larceny from .
