UPDATE: Marlborough Police Seeking Public's Help in Sunday Stabbing

Marlborough Police are still developing leads in the wake of a Sunday early a.m. house party gone terribly wrong.

UPDATE, 2:30 p.m.: The issued a statement to local media Monday afternoon saying that the Sunday morning stabbing on Berlin Road that sent three individuals to area hospitals is still under investigation.

Police declined say anything further as of Monday afternoon.

"At this time we have no additional details to release due to the ongoing and evolving investigation," said Captain Timothy Naze, operations division commander.

detectives are still investigating the early Sunday a.m. stabbing incident at 399 Berlin Rd. 

Officers responded to 399 Berlin Rd. shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday morning to a house party where a gun had reportedly been brandished, said police. 

When officers arrived they found that several individuals had been stabbed and had sustained serious injuries. Three people were transported to area hospitals including and UMass Worcester. 

"We are still speaking to witnesses and developing leads in this case," said Det. Scott DeCiero on Monday morning.

DeCiero declined to comment further as of this post due to the ongoing nature of the investigation.
