OUI Driver with Child Released on Bail

This past Saturday morning, Luis Fernando Maldonado, 34, of 72 Rice St., Apt. B, was pulled over after running a red light on Lincoln Street. Police determined that . Monday morning he faced charges in Marlborough District Court and was released on $250 bail. He is due back in court Friday, April 13 for a pre-trial hearing.
