Tuesday, April 16

7:54 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

10:01 a.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from The Meadows at Marlborough on Broadmeadow Road.

11:28 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Broad Street.

11:38 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Boston Post Road East.

12:20 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from the West Ender on Boston Post Road West.

12:37 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Garabed Boulevard.

12:46 p.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from Union Street.

1:45 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Farm Road.

2:48 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Newbury Comics at the Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

3:33 p.m.: An erratic operator was reported from West Main Street and Broad Street.

5:30 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Victoria Lane.

6:07 p.m.: A motor vehicle stop was made on Lakeside Avenue.

10:26 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Mechanic Street.

11:37 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Broadmeadow Road.

Wednesday, April 17

12:16 a.m.: Police arrested Matthew C. Spice, 40, of 67 Maplewood Ave on Maplewood Avenue on a charge of disturbing the peace.

12:28 a.m.: Police arrested Melanie M. Benoit, 54, of 34 Curtis Ave. Apt. Q12 on Fowler Street on charges of a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.

1:53 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at the Whitcomb School on Union Street.

4:04 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at the Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.
