Oct. 28-30: Police Make Domestic Assault Arrests, Respond to Storm-Related Incidents

Friday, Oct. 28:

12:57 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of Farina Jeep/Eagle dealership, 433 Maple St., Peter H. Helmuth, 33, of 92 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, was arrested for speeding and operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as an habitual traffic offender. 

8:01 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage near the intersection of Lincoln and Winter streets.

12:00 p.m.: An assault is reported to police at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School, 215 Fitchburg St.

2:45 p.m.: Services are rendered when police file a reported concerning a recovered stolen motor vehicle.

4:44 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the area of Main and Florence streets. 

10:16 p.m.: Officers serve a restraining order to an individual at at 30 Sonia Dr. 


Saturday, Oct. 29:

12:23 a.m.: John Herlihy, 38, of 530 Pleasant St., is arrested at the same address after police respond to a domestic disturbance. He is charged with assault and battery. 

9:10 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary is reported at 753 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

10:10 a.m.: Police respond to call concerning breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at a residence, 27 Gleason St. 

6:08 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers manage traffic in the area of 50 Parmenter St.

6:32 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage near the intersection of Pleasant Street and West Hill Road. 

7:14 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the vicinity of Hosmer and East Main streets. 

7:20 p.m.: Officers respond to a domestic disturbance at a White Real Estate property, 85 Broad St., and arrest Jose E. Estrada Jr., 34, or 85 Broad St., Apt. 108. He is charged with three counts of vandalizing property, assault, disturbing the peace, a subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license and use of a motor vehicle without authority.


Sunday, Oct. 30:

2:00 a.m.: Police investigate the report of an outdoor fire in the vicinity of West and South streets.

9:07 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the area of 280 Mechanic St. 

7:27 p.m.: Services are rendered when when a suspicious motor vehicle is investigated in the vicinity of the Meadows at Marlborough, 93 Broadmeadow Rd. 

8:09 p.m.: Jerry L. Mellinger, 51, of 12 Barracuda Dr., is arrested at his home after MPD receives a report of a domestic disturbance. He is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
