Oct. 20: Gunfire Breaks the Early Morning Silence on Park Street

1:18 a.m.: Responding to a disturbance with gunfire on Park Street, police arrest Rhomal Yuvini Silva, 25, of 44 Park St., Apt. 402, and charge him with two counts of attempted murder, firearm-armed home invasion, carrying a firearm without a license, 1st and subsequent offense possession of a firearm/ammunition without an FID license, three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building. Also arrested during the same incident is Jesus A. Silva, 21, of 44 Park St., Apt. 402, the owner of the handgun used in the incident. He is charged with carrying a firearm without a license and 1st and subsequent offense possession of a firearm/ammunition without an FID license. 

1:30 a.m.: An officer injury is reported during the disturbance at 44 Park St. 

9:24 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage near the intersection of Reservoir and Bolton streets.

10:20 a.m.: A missing person report is filed by police at Glenhaven, 56 Framingham Rd. 

12:26 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported to police at 2 Eldorado Dr.

5:12 p.m.: Officers serve a restraining order to an individual at 61 Fairmount St., Apt. 7.

9:51 p.m.: MPD responds to a domestic disturbance at a residence, 12 High St.
