3:36 p.m.: Police respond to suspicious activity at the , 487 Lincoln St., and subsequently arrest Matthew Merrill, 20, of 103 Frye St., on suspicion of breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat in the daytime for a felony, larceny over $250 and Class D civil possession of marijuana.
7:40 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers serve a restraining order at the Shell Gas Station/Food Mart, 431 Lincoln St.
