Oct. 17: Mill St. Man is Arrested on MV Charges, Local Woman Nabbed in Sudbury

11:16 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the vicinity of a residence, 454 Pleasant St. 

12:54 p.m.: Police respond to a 209A (proximity order) violation at the Stone Gate Apartments, 82 Saint Ives Way. 

1:38 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers serve a restraining order to an individual at BB Properties, 115 Mechanic St.

4:38 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported to MPD at Cedar Hill Place, 225 Cedar Hill St. 

6:48 p.m.: Ronald A. Houde, 60, of 15 Mill Street N., is arrested during a motor vehicle stop at the same address. He is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license for OUI, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

9:27 p.m.: There is a report filed concerning an officer injury at Marlborough Hospital, 157 Union St.

11:40 p.m.: A stolen car is reported at Brook Village East, 319 East Main St., Apt. A. 


A Marlborough woman was arrested in Sudbury on Saturday, Oct. 15: 

At about 11:52 a.m., Jennifer E. Vail, 26, of A508 Boston Post Road, was pulled over.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, Vail was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to pay court fees from a previous motor vehicle stop in Wayland.

She was bailed out at 1:28 p.m. and was arraigned at Framingham District Court on Monday.
