Motor Vehicle Stop Yields Drug Bust

A Marlborough woman was arrested late Sunday after police discovered large amounts of cash and drugs in her vehicle.

A Marlborough woman faced charges of dealing drugs in Monday morning, after being pulled over Sunday evening in a routine traffic stop.

At 10:46 p.m. in the vicinity of Bond and Lincoln streets,  police observed Eva Lee Hall, 21, of 11 Ames Pl. Apt. B, speeding and operating her car in an erratic fashion. 

"The officer spoke with Miss Hall, and based on the vehicle stop and statements she made, there was a search in which the drugs were found," said Detective Martha Shea of the .

The search revealed quantities of Ketamine, mushrooms, marijuana, and a variety of paraphernalia including a scale, as well as $3,000 in cash.

She was then arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate Drug Law, possession to distribute a Class A drug, possession to distribute a Class C drug, Possession to distribute a Class D drug, motor vehicle lights violations, failure to slow, and possession of a Class A drug.
