May 9: Couple Arrested for Growing, Selling Marijuana, Missing Person Reported

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Monday, May 9, 2011. All arrests are reported.

12:43 a.m.: Annoying phone calls are reported at a local residence, 33 Howland St.

7:34 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the area of 139 Lakeside Ave.

10:20 a.m.: Police file a report concerning suspicious activity at Mini Computer Services, 91 Bartlett St.

10:41 a.m.: The hold-up alarm sounded at the , 451 Boston Post Rd. E. Police checked and secured the building.

2:25 p.m.: Officers responded to the report of fraud/forgery at 102 Essex St.

3:26 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

4:30 p.m.: Russell L. Pedchenko, 30, of 16A High St., is served an arrest warrant in the vicinity of High and Brown streets. 

4:31 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers investigate a missing persons report at Mechanic and Elm streets. 

5:55 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of Lincoln and Howland streets, Jose A. Santiago-Albino, 36, of 207 Lincoln St. Apt. 2, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

8:41 p.m.: In the course of serving an arrest warrant at the Royal Crest Apartments, 23 Royal Crest Dr. Apt. 5, Amanda J. Schmitt, 27, and Matthew E. Carpentier, 27, both of said address, are arrested and charged with distribution, manufacturing, dispersion and cultivation of a Class D drug (marijuana). 

9:35 p.m.: Officers serve a court summons to an individual at 11 D'Amico Dr.
