May 6-8: Police Make Arrests on Drug Violations, Domestic Assault

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Friday, May 6 through Sunday, May 8, 2011. All arrests are reported.

Friday:

10:37 a.m.: Auto theft is reported at , 740 Boston Post Rd. E. 

10:53 a.m.: A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested on a warrant at 200 Boston Post Rd. E.

10:57 a.m.: There is a report filed concerning an officer injury at , 355 Bolton St.

11:57 a.m.: An assault is reported at the , 25 Union St.

12:46 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is investigated by police at 28 Kane Dr.

3:13 p.m.: Threats were reported to police at an office building, 290 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. Apt. 102. 

7:10 p.m.: Edward J. MacIsaac III, 54, of 515 Keys Rd. Apt. 8, Warren, is arrested after officers stop a suspicious motor vehicle in the area of 16 Longley St. He is charged with a subsequent offense of possession of a Class B drug. 

8:59 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers serve a harassment order to a person at 35 Ringold St. 

 

Saturday:

12:57 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 350 Lincoln St. Apt. S114. 

1:21 a.m.: In the course of a motor vehicle stop at Granger Blvd. and Florence St., Daniel F. Donahue, 20, of 26 Briarwood Ln. Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

11:02 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the area of 96 Church St. 

8:51 p.m.: A report of trespassing is reported and dealt with by police at the , 92 Broad St. This is the second trespassing call at this location since an armed robbery took place last week. See the . 

11:29 p.m.: An act of vandalism is reported to police at 687 Boston Post Rd. E. 

 

Sunday:

1:05 a.m.: A disturbance is reported to the MPD at 36 Tremont St.

3:09 a.m.: A domestic disturbance is reported at 60 East Main St. 5:10 a.m.: Police respond to the residence a second time and arrest Raymond W. Lorette, of 60 East Main St. Apt. 5, on two counts of assault and battery, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, and threatening to commit a crime.

3:02 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries at New Horizons, 400 Hemenway St.

8:12 p.m.: Another motor vehicle accident with personal injury is reported at a residence, 37 Broad St. 

11:44 p.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate a burglar alarm sounding at , 282 East Main St.
