May 3: Police Respond to Armed Robbery, Two Missing Person Reports Filed

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Tuesday, May 3, 2011. All arrests are reported.

12:42 a.m.: Police respond to the report of a armed robbery at the , 92 Broad St.

1:52 a.m.: There is a report of a missing person given to police at New Horizons, 400 Hemenway St. 

8:49 a.m.: An act of larceny is reported at 104 Frye St.

1:21 p.m.: Officers investigate the report of an assault at Liberty Hill Apartments, 240 Main St. 

1:35 p.m.: Alison L. Marshall, 22, of 20 Crescent St. Apt. 1, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop on Main St. and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license.

1:38 p.m.: MPD investigates the report of an assault at , 431 Bolton St.

2:42 p.m.: Police conduct a drug investigation and file a report at 20 Crescent St. 

4:29 p.m.: During a citywide directed patrol, Joshua Allende, 20, of 100 Granger Blvd. Apt. 401, is arrested and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license as well as motor vehicle lights violations. 

4:46 p.m.: Suspicious activity is investigated in the area of 51 Essex St.

6:06 p.m.: There is a 209A violation (proximity) reported at 83 Crosby Rd.

6:28 p.m.: Neal Vinod Patel, 26, of 123 Robert Rd., is arrested for trespassing at , 92 Broad St.

6:45 p.m.: In the process of serving an arrest warrant at Roma's Bakery, 39 Bakery St., Richard J. Kenny, 27, of 213 Elm St., is taken into police custody.

8:55 p.m.: A missing person is reported at , 355 Bolton St.
