Marlborough Woman Faces License Charge in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Wednesday resulted in an arrest of a Marlborough woman.

While monitoring traffic at about 4:35 p.m. on Boston Post Road, a Sudbury officer randomly investigated the license plate of a car driven by Kathleen Padden, 53, of 6 Briarwood Ln.

According to Lt. Scott Nix, the officer's investigation revealed Padden's license status was denied.

Padden was pulled over and arrested on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

She was released at 6:03 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Thursday.
