Friday, Aug. 2

9:57 a.m.: Police arrested Damon Shanley, 22, who is homeless on Lincoln Court on charges of larceny from a person and larceny over $250.

10:36 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported from Wilson Street.

4:32 p.m.: Police arrested Robert J. Martin, 41, of 21 Howe Street in Hudson on Parmenter Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding in violation of a special regulation, improper operation of a motor vehicle/harsh or objectionable noise from a vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

8:21 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported from Wilson Street.

Saturday, Aug. 3

2:05 a.m.: Police arrested Tommy LeBlanc, 45, of 244 Glen Street on Boston Post Road West on a charge of improper operation of a motor vehicle/harsh or objectionable noise from a vehicle.

1:28 p.m.: A car accident with property damage was reported from the Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:00 p.m.: Police arrested Suzanne M. Savage, 56, of 400 Nellie Road in Wellfleet on a charge of operating under the influence, second offense.

7:09 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported from Applebriar Lane.

9:12 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported from Macy’s on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Sunday, Aug. 4

12:41 p.m.: Police arrested Robert C. Newman, 58, of 57 Mechanic Street Apt. 7 on Lincoln Street on charges of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and trespassing.

6:03 p.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported from Best Buy On Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:50 p.m.: Police arrested Heriberto Pineda, 20, of 9 Lincoln Court Apt. 1 in the area of Lincoln Street and Lincoln Court on charges of OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop/yield, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and obstructing an emergency vehicle.

Monday, Aug. 5

2:13 a.m.: Police arrested Jaime Ivan Ramirez-Hernandez, 27, of 22 Cotting Ave. Apt. 1 in the area of Granger Blvd and Liberty Street on a warrant.

2:27 a.m.: Police arrested Ilicias Edilder Gonzalez-Medina, 27, of 17 Grant Street Apt. 1 on Grant Street on charges or assault and battery and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
