Marlborough Resident Charged in Framingham Pedestrian Crash
A man living in Marlborough is charged because he possesses an out-of-state license.
have charged a Marlborough man with operating a motor vehicle without a license after he struck an individual in a crosswalk on New York Ave. in Framingham last week.
Andre Desouza, 32, currently of Marlborough, had a driver's license, but not one from Massachusetts, making it invalid.
