Marlborough Police Arrest Three During the Weekend
The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Jared S. Johnson, 23, of Marlborough, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on March 22, and charged with OUI liquor and speeding in violation of a special regulation. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop outside of the Speakers Night Club on Weed Street.
Francisco J. Ramirez, 21, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on March 22, and charged with operation a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, motor vehicle operator refused to identify self or gave false name, and a red light violation. Ramirez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Bolton and Washington streets. According to online reports, he was arrested in Holden in March 2011 and charged with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, brakes violation, and being a driver refusing to identify self.
Kristen M. Rathke, 22, of Marlborough, was arrested at 3:54 a.m. on March 23, on an assault and battery charge after a domestic incident at an apartment on Lincoln Street.
