Two Massachusetts residents were injured in a motorcyclist accident on I-293 in Manchester, NH, on June 15.
The accident occurred around 10:40 a.m. in the northbound lane near Exit 5. New Hampshire State Police say
New Hampshire State Police said Lonnie Puglia, 51, and passenger Sandra Randall, 49, both of Marlborough, were injured when the bike drifted off the left-hand side of the roadway and the motorcycle rolled over. Both riders, who were wearing helmets, were seriously injured, police said.
The investigation is continuing, but State Police say speed does not appear to be a factor in the accident.
Puglia was flown to Tufts Medical Center in Massachusetts for treatment, following the transport of both riders initially to Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.
