Marlborough Memorial Beach Break-In and Assault Arrest

Tuesday, Aug. 20
8:42 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Broadmeadow Road.
12:04 p.m.: A break-in to a car at Memorial Beach on Hosmer Street was reported.

12:11 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Gibbons Street.
1:23 p.m.: A missing person was reported from West Main Street.

2:02 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Gibbons Street.
4:33 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Kings Grant Road.
7:45 p.m.: Soliciting was reported from Concord Road.
9:10 p.m.: A missing person was reported from West Main Street.
Wednesday, Aug. 21
12:22 a.m.: Police arrested Timothy M. Devine, 33, of 38 Maple Street Apt. 5 in front of City Hall on Main Street on charges of assault and battery on a pregnant person, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault.
6:19 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from the Marlborough District Court on Williams Street.
