Marlborough Man Gets Probation for OUI

A Marlborough man was sentenced to a year of probation after being arrested for operating under the influence of liquor by State Police.

Mario Guzman-Urbina, 34, of 27 Broad St., Apt. 1 had charges of operating under the influence of liquor continued without finding for a year by Judge Robert Calagione in Westborough District Court this week.

Guzman-Urbina must also serve one year of probation, pay $600 in fees and costs and complete one year of a treatment program as part of his sentence.

Guzman-Urbina was also charged with four counts of child endangerment at the time of his arrest. Those charges were dismissed at the request of the prosecutors.
