Marlborough Man Faces Immigration Charge After Sudbury Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Friday morning resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough man, who was also wanted by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

At about 10:55 a.m., Gustavo Desouza, 27, of 35 Davis St., Apt. 2, was pulled over on Concord Road.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, Desouza was arrested and charged with:

  • Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle;
  • Speeding;
  • Operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

The investigation also showed Desouza had an ICE warrant.

He was transported to Framingham District Court later on Friday for his arraignment.
