A local man is facing a number of charges after two domestic incidents last week on Broad Street.
Javier Linares Jr., 20, of Broad Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on May 14, and charged with assault and breaking and entering daytime for felony. He was arrested after police were called to another location on Broad Street other than his home for a domestic disturbance.
The next day, around 4:49 pm., Linares, who now has a reported address of an apartment on Belmont Street Extension, was arrested again. This time, police say, he was charged with a violation of an abuse prevention order. He was arrested on Broad Street, the previous address where he was arrested on May 14.
