Marlborough Man Charged with Assault, Resisting

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Luis A. Pereira, 38, of Marlborough, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. on April 4, and charged with assault and battery. He was arrested in apartment on Washington Street after police were called to a disturbance call.

William Joseph Cardoso, 35, of Marlborough, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on April 4, and charged with assault and battery, resisting arrest, and intimidation of a witness impending an investigation. He was arrested after a disturbance in an apartment on Chestnut Street. Previously, Cardoso was arrested in January on an assault and battery charge at the same address, according to Patch

Benjamin T. Weiler, 27, of Sudbury, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on April 5, on an assault and battery with a dangerous weapons. He was arrested at Sully’s First Edition Pub on Florence Street after police were called to an assault charge.

Brian A. Skinner, 33, of Marlborough, was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on April 5, on a disorderly conduct. He was arrested after a traffic stop for a disabled motor vehicle on Maple Street.

Brian M. MacKay, 45, of Framingham, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on April 5, on a true warrant. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop outside the Ferguson Pluming and Lighting location on Maple Street.
