Marlborough Man Arrested on OUI Charge in Sudbury

A Marlborough man was arrested recently on charges of operating under the influence of liquor.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on March 7 resulted in the arrested of a Marlborough man.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, Benjamin K. Lee, 23, of 928 Boston Post Road, Apt. A, in Marlborough, was pulled over on Boston Post Road in Sudbury at about 2:45 a.m.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, Lee was arrested and charged with:

  • OUI liquor,
  • Operating to endanger,
  • Marked lanes violation.

He was released 5:41 a.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned later that day at Framingham District Court.
