Marlborough Man Arrested on 3rd OUI after Rollover in Natick

The crash on Route 9 resulted in an arrest early Saturday.

In the aftermath of a rollover crash on Route 9 in Natick this past weekend, police arrested a Marlborough resident on his third OUI. 

Juan M. Granadino, 41 of 688 Boston Post E. Rd. Apt. 210, was discovered outside his overturned SUV shortly after midnight Saturday morning, April 14. Officers at the scene suspected that Granadino had been drinking and he subsequently failed several sobriety tests, said police. 

This was Granadino's third OUI for liquor. He was also charged with marked lanes violations and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

The rollover took place in the vicinity of 291 Worcester Rd., in Natick. 

Granadino faced charges in Framingham District Court on Monday.
