Marlborough Man Allegedly Assaults Cop
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Joseph Hubbard, 21, of Lincoln Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on June 15, and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, possession of an open container of alcohol, and violations of a city ordinance.
He was arrested at the Frye Building on Lincoln Streets after police were sent to the apartment for a disturbance.
