Marlborough Car Accident, Scams and a Fire
Police and fire personnel were busy this week.
The week started off with a blaze. A fire shortly after midnight drove a couple from their 11 Brigham Avenue home Monday morning.
Police were warning residents of a scam in which the scammers were able to trick a caller ID into showing they were calling from the Marlborough Police Department.
Later in the week, police and fire officials responded to a single-vehicle car accident where a driver reportedly drove into a utility pole.
Police also arrested a man on OUI charges and for allegedly having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle.
