Marlborough Arrests of the Week: Car Theft, Fraud and Assaults
The following arrest information was provided by the Marlborough Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Sept. 6
8:26 a.m.: Police arrested Giselie Oliveira, 64, of 24 Burdett Apt. 2 in Clinton on charges of identity fraud, forgery of document and uttering false document.
11:31 a.m.: Police arrested Cesar Alexander Piedra, 28, homeless on charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
6:42 p.m.: Police arrested Scott A. MacDonald, 45, homeless on a warrant.
Saturday, Sept. 7
2:16 a.m.: Police arrested Thomas G. Nugent Jr., 23, of 38 Whittier Road at Sully's First Edition Pub on Florence Street on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
9:51 a.m.: Police arrested Frederick M. Torres, 20, of 251 South Street on South Street on a warrant.
Sunday, Sept. 8
3:49 p.m.: Police arrested Brenda L. Beatty, 50, of 207 Lincoln Street Aot. 1 on East Main Street on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and protective custody.
Tuesday, Sept. 10
12:22 p.m.: Police arrested Manuel A. Teo Jr., 17, of 39 Ringold Street on Ringold Street on charges of impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
9:01 p.m.: Police arrested Sonisley T. DaSilva, 34, of 447 Boston Post Road East Apt. 62 at Dunkin Donuts on Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as HTO.
Wednesday, Sept. 11
1:18 a.m.: Police arrested Maria C. Torres, 21, of 6 Mayhew Ct. Apt. 1 in Hopkinton at Lake Williams Condos on West Main Street on charges of assault and battery.
1:55 a.m.: Police arrested Talles R. Pacheco, 31, of 107B Broadmeadow Road Apt. 2 on Broadmeadow Road on charges of assault and battery and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
2:30 a.m.: Police arrested Nathalia O. Teixeira, 22, of 110 Lincoln Street Apt. 2 in Hudson on West Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as HTO and a marked lanes violation.
7:21 p.m.: Police arrested Juan Antonio Isalez, 52, of 67 Florence Street at 67 Florence Street on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
Thursday, Sept. 12
3:31 p.m.: Police arrested Quantya Clark, 27, of 201 Ingleside Ave Apt. 2 in Worcester at Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard on charges of a third offense of shoplifting by asportation.
