Marlborough Arrests: Cocaine Arrests, Police Officer Assault and OUI
The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Oct. 11
5:15 p.m.: Police arrested Peter J. Doherty, 50, of 854 Berkshire Ave in Indian Orchard on Lincoln Street on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and a warrant.
Saturday, Oct. 12
1:35 a.m.: Police arrested Esvin A. Puchojon, 25, of 4 Underwood Court Apt. 1 in Westborouh on Williams Street on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
12:53 p.m.: Police arrested Lirong Liu, 57, of 1147 Hancock Street Apt. D in Quincy on Boston Post Road East on warrant charges.
5:35 p.m.: Police arrested Jessica A. Marinho, 21, of 10 Auburn Street on Auburn Street on charges of assault and battery.
6:43 p.m.: Police arrested Roman Benancio, 52, of 284 Main Street in Ashland on Lakeside Ave. on charges of a second offense of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
10:26 p.m.: Police arrested Johnathan Chung NG, 37, of 111 Brigham Street Apt. 26 in Hudson on main Street on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, assault to rape and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
Sunday, Oct. 13
11:23 a.m.: Police arrested Robert R. Cummings, Jr., 53, of 27 Beach Street Apt. 2 on Boston Post Road East on a warrant charge.
10:15 p.m.: Police arrested Harold A. Dewar, 59, of 276 Main Street Apt. 37 on East Main Street on a warrant charge.
Tuesday, Oct. 15
12:20 p.m.: Police arrested Theodore A. Papathanasiou, 39, of 177 West Main Street on West Main Street on a warrant.
Wednesday, Oct. 16
10:22 a.m.: Police arrested Vidal Cardona, 35, of 23 Kirby Street Apt. 1 and Michael C. Wing, 28, of 11 Kirby Street on Kirby Street on charges of trafficking in 200 or more grams of cocaine and conspiracy, according to police records. Cardona was also charged with a subsequent offense of class B drug possession.
6:25 p.m.: Police arrested Linda L. White, 51, of 460 Boston post Road East Apt. B405 on Boston Post Road East on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
