March 9: Several Shoplifting Arrests are Made, Sex Offense Reported at Local School

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Wednesday, March 9, 2011. All arrests are published.

2:19 a.m.: In a motor vehicle stop in the area of 39 Chestnut St., Jose Bizarro-Carmeno, 37, of 129 Chestnut St. Apt. 1, is arrested on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and providing a false name to officers. 

7:21 a.m.: Jenna N. Sheppard, 19, of 60 East Main St. Apt. 5, is arrested on an outstanding warrant when police serve one at her address. 

11:19 a.m.: Harassment is reported at the Little Flower Learning Center, 505 Boston Post Rd. W.

11:41 a.m.: The arrest of Zachary D. Willshire, 17, of 316 Ponakin Rd., Lancaster, is made after shoplifting is reported to police at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. He is charged with shoplifting and providing a false name to police. 

3:08 p.m.: Police aid a disabled motor vehicle in the vicinity of Lincoln and Short streets.

5:04 p.m.: Sex offenses are reported at the Richer Elementary School, 80 Foley Rd. 

5:14 p.m.: Officers respond to a report of larceny at China Garden, 547 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. E and arrest Gregory E. Nordstrom, 18, of 12 Foley Dr., Framingham, and Douglas E. Lobacki, 17, of 135 Greystone Ln., Sudbury. They are both charged with larceny from a person, possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, conspiracy, and possession of liquor for a person under 21. 

6:19 p.m.: A past burglary is reported to police at 449 Boston Post Rd. E.

10:28 p.m.: While responding to a burglar alarm at Kane Self Storage, 55 Maple St., officers arrest Evan J. Higgins, 27, of 178 East Main St. on charges of trespassing, and attempting to commit a crime.
