March 4-6: Police Arrest Home Invasion Suspect; Domestic Assault on Pregnant Woman, and Sudden Death

Friday:

10:26 a.m.: Tara Elizabeth Colleton, 28, of 9 Lincoln Ct. Apt. 5, Marlborough, is arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

12:24 p.m.: Police receive a report of an assault at Town Fair Tire, 481 Boston Post Rd.

2:38 p.m.: Larceny is reported at 8 Roundtop Rd.

3:18 p.m.: Officers respond to a domestic disturbance at 98 Bolton St. Apt. 2nd fl., and arrest Billy J. Reyes, 24, of the same address, on charges of assault and battery on a pregnant person, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

16:05 p.m.: A report is filed after police respond to a sudden death at 106 Brimshead St. 

6:01 p.m.: Larceny is reported at 28 Briarwood Ln.

7:00 p.m.: Alexander James Lakos, 27, of 86 Brimshead St. Apt. 1, is arrested in a motor vehicle stop at Bolton and Brimshead streets for driving with a suspended/revoked license. 

9:18 p.m.: Officers respond to a domestic disturbance and arrest Louis D. Pimentel, 48, of 6 Springhill Ave., on charges of assault and battery. 

10:54 p.m.: Having been wanted for a home invasion, Jonathan Soucy III, 22, of 22 Colburn St, Northborough, is arrested on said charge as well as armed assault in a dwelling, conspiracy, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery to intimidate. 

Saturday: 

12:02 a.m.: A past breaking and entering is reported at 99 Francis St. 

10:29 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported to police at 40 Pheasant Hill Rd. 

11:31 a.m.: A summons is served at 84 Broad St., Apt. 6. 

12:34 p.m.: A report is filed at 511 Elm St. on fraud/forgery. 

4:05 p.m.: Officers take a report of threats made at 28 Wilson St., Apt. 15. 

4:57 p.m.: A restraining order is served at 251 South St. 6:24 p.m.: Another restraining order is served at the same address. 

Sunday:

2:30 a.m.: A missing person is reported at 28 Howland St. Apt. 1. 

2:43 a.m.: Craig A. Smith, 24, of 245 Dover Point Rd., Dover, NH, is arrested at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel, 181 Boston Post Rd. W., on charges of of Class B drug possession, assault and battery on a police officer, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, and civil possession of a class D drug (marijuana). 

1o:29 a.m.: While serving a warrant at 24 Church St., MPD arrests Mercedes Morales, 45, of 3 Church St. Apt. 1., on outstanding charges. 

12:12 p.m.: Auto theft is reported at Princeton Green Condominiums, 740 Farm Rd. 

4:49 p.m.: Jonathan Manuel Garcia, 25, of 23 Hastings St. Apt. 2, is arrested in the vicinity of Granger Blvd. and Liberty St. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and having an obstructed/nontransparent window. 

11:01 p.m.: Vandalism is reported at the apartment building at 13 Cross St.
