March 30: Police Respond to Sudden Death, Make Arrest

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Tuesday, March 22, 2011. All arrests are reported.

6:54 a.m.: Services are rendered by police when they serve a summons at a residence, 70 Broad St. 

8:15 a.m.: There is a report of threats made at 3 South St. 

8:17 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a vehicle is reported at 688 Boston Post Rd. E.

9:12 a.m.: Joseph P. Tucci, 21, 35 Short St. Apt. 2, is arrested in a motor vehicle stop on an outstanding warrant. 

11:11 a.m.: Debbie's Petland at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., reports a larceny.

3:18 p.m.: An assault is reported at 100 Prospect St. 

4:22 p.m.: Officers respond to the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage at Decorex Plaza, 576 Boston Post Rd. E.

4:51 p.m.: Police services are rendered in a disturbance call at Sears, 511 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

4:51 p.m.: A missing person is reported at White Real Estate Co., 85 Broad St. Apt. 433. 

7:20 p.m.: MPD investigates a sudden death at Avalon Orchards, 12 Avalon Dr. Apt. 7. 

9:01 p.m.: An instance of harassment is reported at 14 Hayden St. Apt. 2.
