March 3: 3 Locals Arrested in Raid Yielding Guns and Drugs

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Thursday, March 3, 2011.

12:51 a.m.: A past breaking and entering is reported at 109 Broadmeadow Rd. Apt. 9.

9:49 a.m.: There is a report filed concerning fraud/forgery at 130 Littlefield Ln. 

2:21 p.m.: Vandalism is reported at 45 Liberty St.

3:09 p.m.: Jorge L. Villatoro, 43, of 263 Stevens St., is observed driving erratically and is arrested on his second OUI offense that included charges of driving with an open container in the vehicle.

3:59 p.m.: In a police raid serving arrests warrants, Alison L. Marshall, 22, of 20 Crescent St. Apt. 1, Marco A. Abreu, 22, of the same address, and German Arias, 24, of the same address, are taken into police custody on three charges of unlicensed firearm possession (two large capacity), two counts of possession of a Class B substance and improper firearm storage. Arias was additionally charged with witness intimidation and impeding an investigation. He was also wanted on another outstanding warrant for his arrest.

9:41 p.m.: Officers respond to the report of a sudden death at 12 Ringold St.
