Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Monday, March 28, 2011. All arrests are reported.

1:03 a.m.: Police services are rendered when they investigate suspicious activity at All Star Auto Sales, 329 Maple St. 

5:32 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued to a driver in a stop in the area of 2 Boston Post Rd. E. 

8:04 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage is reported to police at Ferguson Plumbing and Lighting, 405 Maple St.

9:49 a.m.: Officers investigate a report of vandalism at 44 Lakeshore Dr. 

11:19 a.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at 107 Maplewood Dr.

12:40 p.m.: Police take a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at the Heights of Marlborough Apartments, 37 Briarwood Ln.

5:33 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued in a vehicle stop in the area of 130 Farm Rd.

6:13 p.m.: Officers serve a summons to a resident of 131 Pleasant St. Apt. 3. 

10:48 p.m.: The burglar alarm is tripped at Synergy Home Health Care Inc., 116 Main St. MPD checks and secures the building.
