8:44 a.m.: Police make escort/transport to Marlborough District Court, 45 Williams St. 

12:38 p.m.: There is a disturbance reported at Assabet Valley Vocational High School, 215 Fitchburg St. 

2:15 p.m.: Officers investigate a report of harassment at 34 Short St.

5:05 p.m.: Police investigate a suspicious motor vehicle in the vicinity of 10 Norwood St. and arrest Herve Olivier Jr, 20, 1 Guyer Rd., Maynard, on charges of possessing liquor under the age of 21, and conspiracy to violate drug law. 

6:42 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at 50 D'Angelo Dr. 

9:14 p.m.: Ralph P. Perry, 21, of 181 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 68, is arrested at Chin's Garden, 106 Main St. on charges of vandalizing property and assault.
