March 17: Vandalism at Bigelow School, Shoplifting at Hannaford

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Thursday, March 17, 2011. All arrests are reported.

1:05 a.m.: Officers receive a report of a disturbance at the Marlborough Hospital at 157 Union Street.

7:34 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage is reported to the police at 349 Sudbury Street.

12:34 p.m.: Vandalism is reported to police at Bigelow School at 57 Orchard Street.

2:30 p.m.: Threats are reported to police at Jaworek Elementary School at 444 Hosmer Street.

3:40 p.m.: Police receive reports of a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 399 Berlin Road.

4:40 p.m.: A missing person report is filed with police at 74 Chestnut Street.

5:14 p.m.: Officers arrest Steven A. Frias, 32, of 122 Frye Street, on charges of disorderly conduct and a default warrant issued for two counts of larceny under $250 and two counts of uttering a false check.

7:16 p.m.: Shoplifting is reported at Hannaford Supermarket, 193 Boston Post Road West Apartment C.

7:24 p.m.: An injured officer is reported at the police department at 355 Bolton Street.

8:23 p.m.: A criminal complaint is made to officers of a disturbance at the Piccadilly Pub at 587 Bolton Street.
