Man Charged with OUI After Car Accident

Friday, June 7
8:23 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Mechanic Street.
9:08 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from Lakeside Avenue.

9:42 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from the Assa bet Valley Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.
11:35 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Lilac Circle.

2:01 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Victoria's Secret on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
3:56 p.m.: A missing person was reported from East Main Street.
7:41 p.m.: Police arrested Gary W. Roberge, 52, of 12 Ethel Avenue on Ethel Avenue on charges of assault and battery.
8:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident and arrested Mario Lima Garcia, 37, of 15 Pearl Street in Hudson on Howland Street after responding to the scene for a report of a motor vehicle accident. According to police, Garcia sideswiped a parked car and then left the scene of the accident. He was charged with leaving the scene of property damage, operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Saturday, June 8
3:14 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Hosmer Street.
9:13 a.m.: Larceny was reported from CVS on East Main Street.
1:28 p.m.: Police arrested Angelina Barrios, 30, of 14 Cotting Ave. Apt. 1 after being called to Cotting Ave. for reports of a disturbance. Barrios had allegedly punched and pushed a man she believed owed her money, according to police. Police charged her with malicious destruction of more than $250 in property, threatening to commit a crime, disturbing the peace and assault and battery.
2:47 p.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from Marlboro Fire Extinguisher on Washington Street.
5:24 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from the area of Main and East Main Streets.
5:55 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from the Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
6:12 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at New England Sports Center on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
9:35 p.m.: A traffic stop was made on Essex Street.
11:51 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Grant Street.
Sunday, June 9
12:50 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Broadmeadow Road.
1:15 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Neil Street.
1:51 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at New England Sports Center on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
4:01 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Greenwood Street.
8:04 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Sumner Street.
9:06 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Langelier Lane.
9:16 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at New England Sports Center on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
9:36 p.m.: Police arrested Theodore A. Papathanasiou, 38, of 177 West Main Street on West Main Street on charges of assault and battery.
11:18 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from New Street.

12:07 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Chestnut Street.
