Man Arrested on Charge of Assault to Rape

A man is accused of assaulting a woman and pinning her down on a bed.

A Hudson man was arrested after allegedly assaulting a woman while pinning her to a bed and trying to kiss her.

"He held her down on the bed against her will and continuously asked her for sex while trying to kiss her," said Marlborough Police Detective Scott Deciero of a reported incident on main Street.

Police were told of the past assault by a woman who said that Johnathan Chung NG, 37, of 111 Brigham Street Apt. 26 in Hudson came into her apartment and assaulted her. He allegedly elbowed the woman in the face, stomped on her foot and pushed her onto the bed and lay on top of her, according to police. She continually asked him to stop while he continued, even holding his hand over her mouth to prevent her calling out to another person about the assault, said Deciero.

Police arrested NG and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, assault to rape and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
