Infant Allegedly Hit During Father's "Drunken Rage"

A Marlborough man has posted $5,000 in bail after allegedly beating his girlfriend and infant son.

A judge set $5,000 bail on Monday for a man accused of beating his girlfriend and their 2 month-old son during a "drunken rage."

"(The) defendant in a drunken rage beat his girlfriend and infant son," wrote Judge David W. Cunis on the bail sheet as one of the reasons for the $5,000 bail for Keny I. Cabrera, 24, of 60 Broad Street Apt. 3.

Two of the other reasons listed for Cabrera's high bail was an ICE detainer as well as already being out on personal recognizance for an open witness intimidation case.
