Maine Man Arrested on Fourth OUI After Crash

The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Timothy Hayes, 63, of Marshall Point Road in Kennebunkport, ME, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on July 4, and charged with OUI liquor, fourth offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and impeding an investigation by intimidating a witness.

He was arrested outside the Ninety-Nine Restaurant on Boston Post Road West after an accident.

Hayes was arrested in December 2011, according to Seacoast online, and charged with failure to give notice of accident by quickest means and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Milton V. Noj, 41, of Boston Post Road East in Marlborough, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. on July 4, and charged with assault and battery, breaking and entering a vehicle/boat in the nighttime for a felony, two counts of defacing property, and disorderly conduct.

He was arrested at Firefly’s on East Main Street after police were called there for a disturbance report.

In December 2013, Noj was arrested on a warrant in Framingham, according to a post on Patch.
