LOG: Framingham Man Arrested on Drug, Driving Charges

Carlos R. Santos Jr., 23, of Framingham, was arrested at 7:06 a.m. on March 14, on a warrant. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as habitual traffic offender, failing to rive in the right lane, civil possession of a Class D substance (marijuana), and arrestee furnishing a false name/SSN. Santos was arrested at the intersection of Maple and Greenwood streets after an ambulance was called to the scene.
Joseph P. Crehan, 43, of Blackstone, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on March 14, and charged with OUI liquor; third offense, assault and battery with a dangerous weapons, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was arrested at the intersection of Ames Street and Boston Post Road West after a call came in about an erratic operator on the road.
Tiago Moura, 29, of Marlborough, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. on March 14, and charged with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, revoked registration, a red light violation, and a warrant. The arrest took place after a motor vehicle stop at West Main Street and Broad Street.
