June 30-July 4: Trio Arrested in Car Robbery and Assault on Officer Top Holiday Weekend Log

Thursday: 

8:10 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at the Royal Crest Apartments, 16 Royal Crest Dr., Apt. 4.

12:37 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the vicinity of CVS Pharmacy, 268 East Main ST. Apt. A. 

4:35 p.m.: The hold-up alarm sounds at the Recreation Department, 239 Concord Rd.

11:35 p.m.: A missing person report is filed at Brook Village East, 34 Curtis Ave., Apt. Q. 


Friday:

12:24 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle is reported at Ghiloni Park, 237 Concord Rd. 

7:47 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at 26 Birchwood Dr.

11:20 a.m.: Jean Beane, 40, of 131 Pleasant St., Apt. 3, is arrested at Ocean State Job Lot, 230 East Main St., Apt. A, for violating an harassment order. 

1:45 p.m.: An assault is reported at Auto Maxx Preowned Cars, 400 Maple St.

3:22 p.m.: Mauricio Mina Mendez, 34, of 70 Broad St., Apt. 3, is arrested after police respond to a domestic disturbance call at the same address. He is charged with impeding an investigation through witness intimidation and threatening to commit a crime. 

3:39 p.m.: Auto theft is reported at Brook Village East, 319 East Main St., Apt. B7. 

9:02 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers take a report concerning a missing person at the Marlborough Youth Baseball facilities, 100 Williams St.

9:46 p.m.: Joseph C. Shinnick, 48, of 315 Weston Rd. Apt. C2, Wellesley, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop for a subsequent offense possession of a Class B drug, and marked lanes violations. 


Saturday:

3:25 a.m.: Police respond to the report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at The Meadows of Marlborough, 139 Broadmeadow Rd., Apt. A/B. Jovany Casillas, 17, of 220 Lincoln St., Apt. 2, is arrested for breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat in the nighttime for a felony. Jessenia Maldonado, 19, of 220 Lincoln St., Apt. 2, is arrested for breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat in the nighttime for a felony, and receiving stolen property valued less than $250. Manny Junior Casillas, 19, of 220 Lincoln St., Apt. Fl. 2, is charged with conspiracy.

7:22 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at Jefferson at Wheeler Hill Apartments, 71 Christie Way.

1:52 p.m.: An emergency 209A request (proximity order) is brought to police at 10 Spring St.

7:52 p.m.: Officers investigate a domestic disturbance at Sherman St.

9:09 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries occurs in the area of the Marlborough Foundry, 555 Maple St.


Sunday: 

1:07 a.m.: Police investigate a domestic disturbance at 29 Sumner St.

11:26 a.m.: Christopher O. Parrinello, 47, of 169 Bracken Dr., is arrested and charged with assault and battery at the same address after officers respond to a domestic disturbance. 

6:05 p.m.: MPD responds to a motor vehicle accident at the Shell gas station, 342 Boston Post Rd. E. 

10:29 p.m.: Todd M. McCarthy, 31, of 71 Rice St., is arrested during a disturbance call on New St. for violations of city ordinances. 


Monday:

12:35 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Maple and River streets. 

4:09 a.m.: Services are rendered when officers investigate a suspicious motor vehicle in the area of 277 Main St.

12:19 p.m.: An act of harassment is reported to police at Price Chopper, 240 East Main St. 

6:08 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 73 Bolton St.

9:07 p.m.: Ronaldo Luiz DaSilva, 27, of 246 Bolton St., Apt. 12, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop at Bolton and Francis streets. He is charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of a special regulation, and marked lanes violations. 

9:29 p.m.: During a well-being check on Lincoln St., police arrest Luciano Geri Cesar, 34, of 85 Broad St., Apt. 1, on two counts of assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
