June 29: Police Make Bevy of Arrests on Assault, Public Lewdness, More

9:24 a.m.: David E. Rambler, 35, of 36 Pioneer Trl., is arrested after police respond to a domestic call at the same address. He is charged with assault and battery. 

11:08 a.m.: An act of vandalism is reported at 55 Chestnut St.

12:16 p.m.: Suspicious activity is investigated in the area of 171 Locke Dr.

1:01 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at 523 Lincoln St.

5:18 p.m.: Byron E. Alvarez, 27, of 107 Maplewood Ave., Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant at the Marlborough Public Library, 35 West Main St.

8:26 p.m.: Police make a well-being check at Lopez Express, 479 Lincoln St., and arrest Leonel Araldo Cambarra, 52, of 17 High St., Apt. 1, who is charged with open and gross lewdness. 

9:23 p.m.: Joseph P. Slaney, 23, of unknown address, is arrested at 78 Mount Pleasant St., on a 209A (abuse prevention/proximity order violation and civil possession of a Class D substance (marijuana).

11:00 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop, police arrest Josue A. Perez-Acabal, 19, of 210 Prospect St., on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violations and giving a false name/refusing to identify himself.
