June 28: Local Man Violates Abuse Prevention Order, Charged with Assault

9:31 a.m.: An act of vandalism is investigated on Liberty St.
11:49 a.m.: Officers file a report concerning fraud/forgery at 26 Gleason St. Extension.

2:12 p.m.: There is an unfounded call reporting suspicious activity at 56 Country Ln.
4:42 p.m.: Police respond to a 209A violation (proximity order) at 66 Denoncourt St.

8:15 p.m.: Diogo Alves Nascimento, 23, of 151 East Main St., Apt. 2, is arrested at 302 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 17, after police get a report of a 209A violation (proximity order). He is charged with violating an abuse prevention order, and two counts of assault and battery.
9:45 p.m.: Threats made are reported to police at 152 Broad St.
