June 17-19: Attempted Murder Charges Levied Against Liberty St. Resident

Friday:

1:22 a.m.: Timothy Bartkus, 41, of 20 Athol Rd., Royalston, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the 495 South on-ramp. He is charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license for OUI, and making a U-turn where sign prohibits. 

2:25 a.m.: Police respond to a domestic disturbance at Capital Farms, 554 Boston Post Rd., and arrest Dennis Fisette, 29, of 37 Bowstring Way, on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

5:44 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary at 183 Lakeshore Dr. is reported to police. 

5:59 p.m.: Officers serve a restraining order at  the Stone Gate Apartments, 240 Main St. Apt. 104.

6:41 p.m.: Brandi Jeanne Roderiques, 28, of 42 Taft St.,, Fall River, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop at the , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., and charged with OUI drugs, driving with a revoked registration and uninsured motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violations. 


Saturday:

12:09 a.m.: Jeffrey David Ouellette Sr., 55, of 56 East Main St. Apt. 1, and Andrew R. Parmelee, 32, of 60 East Main St. Apt. 1, are arrested after police respond to a disturbance call at Parmelee's address. Ouellette is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and assault and battery. Parelee is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery causing serious bodily injury. 

3:33 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop at the , 587 Bolton St. 

6:36 p.m.: Annoying phone calls are reported to police at 33 Violetwood Cir. 

9:44 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the area of 244 Glen St.

11:29 p.m.: Police respond to an assault complaint through a 911 emergency call at 51 Liberty St. Apt. 1, to find a women who had been set on fire. Edouardo Pierre Charles, 28, of 51 Charles St., is arrested and charged with assault to murder, mayhem, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest. See the story . 


Sunday:

12:22 a.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate suspicious activity at the , 123 Boston Post Rd. W.

3:24 a.m.: Luis Hernandez, 30, of 30 Everett Gaylord Apt. 24, Worcester, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Pleasant St. and Pleasant Ct., and charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violations. 

8:14 a.m.: Vandalism is discovered at 402 Robin Hill St. A report is filed. 

9:08 a.m.: A missing person is reported at the , 484 Boston Post Rd. E. 

11:30 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at 58 Barrett Rd.

6:50 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at 68 Upland Rd.
