June 14: Marlborough Woman Charged with Assault, Wanton Destruction

7:11 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Lakeview Medical Associates, 640 Bolton St. 

9:16 a.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at an office building, 200 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

10:06 a.m.: Harassment is reported at 108 Berlin Rd.

11:17 a.m.: Jeanette Rivera, 22, of 22 Ringold St., is arrested after police respond to a vandalism call. She is charged with assault and battery and wanton destruction of property over $250. 

3:08 p.m.: An assault report is filed at the , 25 Union St.

3:36 p.m.: There is a report of threats made at 15 Grant Ct.

5:45 p.m.: Services are rendered by police when they serve a restraining order at 18 Ringold St. 

5:51 p.m.: Paul Emisca Jr., 45, of 71 Upland St. is arrested after police respond to a domestic disturbance at the same address. He is charged with assault and battery.

6:27 p.m.: Police serve a restraining order at 203 Chestnut St. 

10:55 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 32 Hosmer St.
