June 13: Local Arrested on Third OUI, Assault Arrests

7:07 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 586 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 6.
7:28 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary is reported to police at Atlantic Stone Industries, 894 Boston Post Rd. E.
10:16 a.m.: A 15-year-old juvenile is arrested after an outstanding warrant is served at 15 Chandler St.

2:06 p.m.: An assault is reported at , 431 Bolton St.
2:20 p.m.: Tyerasky Fabian Ferguson, 20, of 96 Clinton St., is arrested on assault and battery charges after police respond to a domestic disturbance at that address.

4:17 p.m.: A report is filed concerning suspicious activity at 160 Essex St.
4:50 p.m.: Carlos M. Jimenez, 43, of 22 Belmont St. basement apt., is arrested after police serve an outstanding warrant.
9:13 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop, police arrest Heath J. Carmichael, 37, of 5 Lincoln St. Apt. 2, for a third offense OUI liquor, a passing violation, driving with a revoked license, a subsequent offense of driving with a suspended license.
11:03 p.m.: Valtenes Q. DeSouza, 32, of 245 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 10, after police respond to a domestic disturbance. He is charged with assault.
