1:08 p.m.: A separate incident of harassment is reported to officers at a residence, 16 Linda Cir.
1:51 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at The Meadows of Marlborough, 169 Broadmeadow Rd. Apt. A/B.

4:48 p.m.: A report is filed concerning suspicious activity in the vicinity of 785 Farm Rd.
6:48 p.m.: Police investigate a report of fraud/forgery at 127 Elm St.

7:22 p.m.: Richard J. Kenny, 27, of 213 Elm St., is arrested at 20 Central St. on an outstanding warrant.
10:01 p.m.: Police investigate a domestic disturbance at a residence, 208 Bolton St., Apt. 6.
10:37 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Bertucci's, 370 Boston Post Rd. E., police arrest David Garvey, 54, of 62 Richard St., and charge him with a third offense OUI and marked lanes violations.
