July 21: Police Register Level 3 Sex Offender, Arrest Shoplifter

12:33 a.m.: Joel B. Cole, 21, of 85 Ironstone Rd., Uxbridge, was arrested on several outstanding warrants after police served an arrest warrant to 18 Maplewood Ave. 

7:28 a.m.: A court summons is served to an individual at the Royal Crest Apartments, 10 Royal Crest Dr.

10:42 a.m.: Fransico Fabian Silva, 27, of 1622 Worcester Rd., Apt. 6B, Framingham, is arrested at Jiffy Lube, 402 Maple St., as a courtesy booking for another law enforcement agency. 

1:15 p.m.: Shoplifting is reported at the Rockport Shoe Outlet, 54 South Bolton St., and police arrest Franklin A. McGuire, 41, of 288 N. Main st., Apt. B, Natick, on charges of shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise and receiving stolen property valued over $250. 

4:18 p.m.: Police take a sex offender registration at headquarters, 355 Bolton St. See story . 

5:30 p.m.: Annoying phone calls are reported, and services rendered by police, at 141 Broadmeadow Rd. Apt. B. 

9:39 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the vicinity of 50 Parmenter St.
