9:16 a.m.: Services are rendered when the burglar alarm sounds at the , 25 Washington Ct.

9:19 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering is reported at 34 Ringold St. 

10:05 a.m.: Joyce A. Arancio, 60, of 342 Lincoln St., Apt. 301, is arrested on two outstanding warrants at the same address. 

11:29 a.m.: Police respond to a disturbance call at , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. and eventually arrest David Deon Simms, 26, of 1 Doyle St., Apt. 2, Lawrence, on charges of larceny over $250, and Yoani Anti Ayala, 30, of 135 Woodland St., Apt. 2, Lawrence, is charged with being an accessory after the fact.
