The and departments responded to a crash near the corner of Hosmer and Stevens streets Monday morning, that has left a young woman in serious condition in an area hospital.

At approximately 9 a.m., public safety officials received a report that a Nissan Altima had collided with a large dump truck that was in the process of turning off Hosmer onto Stevens St.
